I'll add to this whenever I think of something else.
Equivalents
TV There are 'traditional' TVs with large flat screens, located in the common area. There are a bunch of them, so different people can watch different things. There are wireless headphones so anyone can tune in and everyone else hears nothing. There are also two HTVs. Holographic projectors create a 3D image of the scene.
Computers They are still called 'computers', but they are quite different in appearance. There is the ship's computer, which shows stats and navigation information on a large touch screen. The screen has print recognition so nobody accidentally throws off the settings. For recreational and research purposes, there is a computer area in the common room that has fixed computers with touch screens and touch keyboards. In addition, many people have their own personal touch computers, which are the size of a human hand and can be folded out to twice that size if a bigger screen is needed.
Video Games The newest console is pod-shaped. The computer analyzes your movement patterns and brain waves and then whenever you try to, say, move your arm, the machine converts the potential motion into an in-game movement. What you will see and feel will be yourself, in a forest (or wherever the game is set), moving your arm, whereas in reality you are completely still, in the GamePod.
More forthcoming, and feel free to make your own suggestions.

Can I make a suggestion? I think people should have little video walkie talkie's/phones that everyone is given so everyone can commicate all over the ship. They should be sort of flick up things that people can clip to their belt and would buzz when they are being contacted

Okay, consider that canon d: Hear that, everyone? All characters now have video pager phone walkie-talkies. Include them in your posts if you want to contact someone out of the room. If you're trying to contact another PC from your thread, make sure you let them know in the cbox, because not everyone peruses threads for mentions of their own name! (:
