This area includes pipes, elevator shafts, engines, etc. Discreet doors are located in pretty much every hallway, and you can get anywhere in here by travelling on the catwalks. Access is technically restricted, but so many people have jobs that involve entry that hardly any guard will question anyone who looks like they have a purpose here.
